Sean O'Brien is a Senior Principal and had of the Building Technology group in the NYC office of Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), a national building design and consulting firm. Mr. O'Brien specializes in building science and building envelope performance. Sean has investigated and designed repairs for a wide variety of building types. He is a frequent presenter on the topic of building enclosures and has over 50 industry publications on related topics. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and is a licensed professional engineer in 16 states. He is a member of ASHRAE, the NYC AIA chapter, and co-chair of the NYC Building Enclosure Council.  Sean will present on Window/Curtain Wall/ Skylight Condensation - Problems & Solutions.
